Sure you paid but the check has not arrived? 

1. Please confirm the status of the check with your bank. Confirm our address is correct, as we moved over a year ago and our mail forwarding is over. This is the most likely scenario. 

2. If the check was deposited, please email a copy of the canceled check image from your bank  to billing@ctapa.org so we can credit your account accordingly.

3. Mail is opened regularly here, if the check has been sent but remains undeposited, it is most likely working its way through the postal system. Call your bank for their recommended next steps.
